Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints your design onto a carrier film and heat-presses it to the garment. Compatible with cotton, polyester, and blends, DTF delivers vivid color and fine detail with excellent resistance to fading, cracking, and peeling—built for long-lasting wear.
Pressing Instructions (DTF)
- Temp/Time/Pressure: 290–305 °F (143–151 °C), 10–15 sec, medium-firm.
- Peel: Wait 3–5 sec (warm peel), then smooth second press 5–8 sec with parchment for finish.
- Notes: Pre-press garment 3–5 sec to remove moisture. Test first; calibrations vary by press/fabric.
Care & Wash
- Wait 24 hours before first wash.
- Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle; no bleach or strong softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print; no dry cleaning.
