At Nex Transfers, we specialize in high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing designed for professionals who know their craft. Our process delivers vibrant, durable transfers ready to heat-press onto cotton, polyester, blends, and more — no weeding, no limits on color or detail.
What we print, we print as-is. Our gang sheet service is built for customers who come prepared. We trust your expertise — whether you've mastered Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or any professional design software. Files are printed exactly as submitted, with full respect for your color profiles, bleeds, and layout decisions.
Please ensure your file meets the following before submitting:
- File is high resolution (300 DPI recommended for standard sizes)
- Colors are set up in CMYK
- Background is transparent if no base is desired
- No upscaling, background removal, halftone conversion, or color correction will be applied
- AI-based upscaling tools (e.g. Remini, Let's Enhance) or generative adjustments are the client's responsibility
- What you upload is what gets printed — no exceptions

Pressing Instructions (DTF)
- Temp/Time/Pressure: 290–305 °F (143–151 °C), 10–15 sec, medium-firm.
- Peel: Wait 3–5 sec (warm peel), then smooth second press 5–8 sec with parchment for finish.
- Notes: Pre-press garment 3–5 sec to remove moisture. Test first; calibrations vary by press/fabric.
Care & Wash
- Wait 24 hours before first wash.
- Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle; no bleach or strong softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print; no dry cleaning.
Shipping & Turnaround
- Same-/next-day production on most orders (cutoff applies).
- Free shipping $99+ (continental U.S.). Expedited options at checkout.
- Tracking is emailed once the carrier scans your parcel.
- Carrier delays aren’t refundable; we’ll assist with claims.
