At Nex Transfers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in delivering high-quality prints and reliable service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which reprints, returns, or refunds may be issued.
By placing an order with Nex Transfers, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Gang Roll and Film Orders
Artwork Quality
All printed results reflect the exact artwork files provided by the customer.
We do not alter, resize, or enhance your artwork before printing. If low-resolution or poor-quality files are uploaded, resulting in a lower-quality print, such cases are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
Size and Specifications
Once artwork and sizing details are submitted and approved, all measurements are considered final.
Refunds will not be issued for size discrepancies if the print matches the submitted specifications.
Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are accidentally placed, refunds will only be considered if the duplicate has not yet entered production. Once printing has begun, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Apparel and Heat Press-Related Issues
Apparel that is damaged or becomes unusable during the heat press process is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
We recommend reviewing and following all product care and heat application instructions carefully prior to use.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from Virginia Beach, Virginia (USA) using UPS and USPS depending on package size and destination.
Delays
While we strive to meet all shipping deadlines, refunds will not be issued for missed events or deadlines caused by carrier delays, inclement weather, or factors beyond our control.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives defective or contains a clear production error on our part, we offer the following resolution options:
· Reprint: A complimentary reprint of the affected item(s).
· Refund: If a reprint is not acceptable, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a review, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and include photos or documentation showing the issue.
5. Refund Process
1. Notification: Contact our support team at support@nextransfers.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
2. Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will review your request and may ask for additional details or images.
3. Resolution: Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a reprint, a partial refund, or a full refund.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or reprints will not be granted in the following cases:
· Change of mind after the order has entered production.
· Low-quality artwork provided by the customer.
· Incorrect information entered during the ordering process (e.g., wrong address or size).
· Damage caused during heat pressing or post-delivery handling.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take additional time to appear.
3. Contact your bank for processing updates.
